A2 - one apartment with double bedroom or one double bedroom with cooking and living department
A3 - one apartment with double bedroom and 3rd bed in room or in a kitchen-living room
A4 - one apartment with double bedroom and 2 additional beds or pull-out couch in a kitchen-living room
B4 - one apartment with two double bedrooms, in total 4 bed
B5 - one apartment with two double bedrooms and 5th bed in a kitchen-living room
C6 - one apartment with three double bedrooms, in total 6 bed
Room S2, S3 - double bedroom or triple bedroom with own bathroom and private balcony or terrace
+1 - in addition to basic configuration, on request can be added another additional bed in one of rooms or kitchen-living

In every apartment there is also a kitchen, bathroom, balcony or terrace and parking place


Notes about accommodations offers

• On arrive the guest will be escorted till the apartment or room
• For all apartments or rooms are reserved parking place in front or near the accommodation
• The baby's bed is possible only on previous request
• Pets (dogs or cats) are allowed only on previous tourist agency confirmation
• The apartment cannot accommodate more people than the registered number of beds + one child up to 6 years old who sleeps with the parents.
• In price are included complete kitchen equipment, bed sheets with weekly exchange, towels, consumption of water, gas, electricity, WiFi/WLAN and final accommodation cleaning.
• On force is regulation for separate waste collection and guests are asked to separate the waste in separate containers, in front of the house or by arrangement with the host

Generic regulations

• Upon arrival all guests must first come to the agency reception for the registration formality (for the addresses see home page)
• Office hours are from 9:00 AM till 8:00 PM or till 9:00 PM non-stop, Saturday and Sunday included 
• On arriving day, the apartments or rooms will be ready to use from 2:00 PM
• On living day, guest are pleased to leave the apartments or rooms till 10:00 AM otherwise will be charged one more day
• For stay shorter than 3 night the price increase for 30% (only rent price, not registration tax).
• The bill consist in rent amount plus registration tax (see price list)
• The bill for rent (people and pets) and registration tax had to be paid in tourist agency, other consummation by the housekeeper
• Some activity and offer are strictly seasonal or maybe only in some period (for example disco clubs, some sport activity, restaurants ...)
• The guest are pleased to be informed with house rules and to keep to them
• By confirming the accommodation reservation you also accept the general terms and conditions
  
  

Others

• All beaches are of mixed type, with stones, rocky surfaces, gravel or concrete surfaces and with pine trees till the sea
• Most sport centers are directly on the beaches and their distance from the apartments or rooms are the same as distance to the sea
• Distance to diving center: Plava laguna 3 km, Lanterna 10 km
• Distance to ski-lift on water: Zelena laguna 5 km
• All numeric value (squares, distances ...) are with  10-20% of tolerance
• Expressed distance means air distances
  
  
  Reservation procedure
  
  
• If you wish to reserve accommodation, it will be enough to send us a short e-mail confirmation/message
  (with one name, number of people, date of stay-arrival/departure, type of accommodation and eventualy preferences
• Then we will send you our official reservation confirmation by e-mail with all the supporting information and details for the advance payment to our bank account (with a standard SEPA order) in the amount of about 20% of the total amount, in euros
• As soon as the advance payment arrives at our bank account, we will send you an e-mail notification as well as another reservation confirmation-voucher
• The remaining amount will be paid after arrival in Poreč, at the reception, in euros (the official currency in Croatia) or by additional bank payment
• The reservation can be canceled according to the conditions defined in the General Terms and Conditions, point 7 or also at the direct link

Payment


• The bill for the accommodation and registration tax is to be paid on our agency reception
• The bill can be paid in cash, in euro (the official currency in Croatia) or with bank transfer order
• With credit card is possible to withdraw money from many bank machines/ATM or in any bank in the city
• For other service (breakfast, drink ...) the bill is to be paid by housekeeper.
